First of all, take caps lock off. Second of all, I already answered this question when you asked it (twice) on the page for the North Face jacket. The North Face is warmer, but this jacket is lighter and more versatile and easier to move around in. And a lot cheaper. Given the choice, I'd buy this one (well, I did).
