Yep definitely it will. I have the 166 version, and we fit 2 boards (150 and 166), both bindings, and 2 pairs of boots in it. Take one pair of bindings off, and you will have to be willing to let the bag "bulge" a little bit. But the zipper will hold - it's held for us for 3 seasons.

Yes it would. You would have to buy the 166cm option and take your bindings off of one board and stack them side by side next to the mounted bindings. That is the only way it would work with two setups. Hope this helps.
