I'm looking at 2 Osprey packs, the Circuit and the Cypher. I have two questions:Does the Cypher have ALL the same packets as the Circuit? How much difference does 300 cubic inches make?thanks

No the Cyper does not have ALL the same pockets as the Circuit, but the Cypher is just a notch smaller in the same line, so it does have MOST of the same pockets. And 300 cubic inches shouldn't be a crucial difference if you're looking to use this for school or around-town purposes.
