Will this work in sub zero weather? I am looking for a zip pullover which will work in COLD weather. What should I ask for to get this information?

Rae, look for an alpine shell, either a 2 or 3 layer gore-tex or an e-vent. Be prepared to spend $. A 2 layer gore tex or an e-vent is around $350, a three layer gore-tex is $450.
