this is a great bag if that is what you are looking for. lots of room to move. I am 5'8" 185lbs-ok, 195lbs, and most other mummy style bags are too restrictive and i have never gotten used to moving with the bag. this bag is a great compromise between a mummy and a rectangle bag. still is lightweight enough to take places.Here's a "squared-off" mummy that would work for your needs:http://www.backcountry.com/store/BAG0104/Big-Agnes-Farwell-Sleeping-Bag-0-Degree-Synthetic.html
