POC Armor Torso Jacket

So i'm just wondering how effective this armor is in back...

So i'm just wondering how effective this armor is in back protection compared to the regular cheaper back protection. I've broken my pelvis in two places, have had multiple compression fractures to my back among other things and i want the best back protection money can buy. Is this worth it?
