Is this jacket as tight fitting as they review says it is? Because I have a columbia titanium jacket, which is a women's large, and I wanted to buy this one in large as well, what would you advise? Do the sizes vary from columbia brands

My wife didn't find this jacket to fit as tight as she thought. She wears a Large in most all brands and this jacket was no different. If you run with a Large I'd continue with this jacket. Plus if for some crazy reason the jacket fit a little too snug you can always take advantage of BC.com's rockin return/exchange policy.Hope that helps.
