How stable is this boat? Suitable for ocean use in moderate swells? Stable enought to climb back into in deep water? Does it come with the seat? Paddle?

Old question but I would not recommend this boat for ocean use with moderate swells, it was not designed for that purpose. Comes with the seat but not a paddle.
