I just received these poles..and the first day out on the mountain,...

I just received these poles..and the first day out on the mountain, my baskets came off. Is there a way to get new ones under the one year warranty? Or do I just buy new baskets elsewhere?

baskets are cheap. any ski shop will take care of you
