How long does it take to change the outsoles? Is it reasonably fast that I could do it between ascent/descent? Or is it a night-before type activity?

I might do it at home, or get extra screws when you do it on the mtn. top, hate to lose a couple of screws up there and be f-ed It takes about ummmm 5-10 mins.
