The height is full adjustable with this pack.Here's what you do. Find the top of your hip bones and the boney prominence along your spine, right about the level of your shoulders. Now measure down from the prominence to the hip line and you have a number in inches. This number can be found in the spec section of any pack listed and will immediately tell you if the pack is the right torso length for you.In fact, Backcountry has a sizing chart above that corresponds directly to these numbers.
