are the lenses on these goggles mirrored and do you suggest this size or the smaller size in this style ?

These are mirrored lenses but they don't completely block people from seeing your eyes. Quite a bit though. I like this size actually. They're pretty good with periph. vision and great with clarity! They're also very comfortable.Hope that helps.
