Question about the size. I want to buy this as a gift for someone who is tall and skinny, if I buy the XXL to fit the height will the chest be too loose? He's roughly 6'3" 190.

It fits a bit like a wet suit, very conformable and elastic, I'm 6" 190lbs. and a medium works very well for me.
