Received R4 in mail. Has odd odor. Hung outside 24 hrs, then washed cold and threw in dryer. Odor remains. Ever heard of this? Washing instructions?

My jacket was fine. I would send it straight back to Patagonia for a replacement. If that's too much, I'm positive backcountry would make an exchange for you.
