I'm up in snowy Saskatchewan. I'm looking for a casual, warmish, stylish shoe to wear through the winter. Nothing rugged or anything but just wondering how this shoe would fair in the snow?

i do not wear these in the snow at all. they are very low cut and the snow can get in the sides and freeze my ankles off. however if youre talkin about walking on the sidewalk in the winter these should be fine. i typically throw on a pair of merino wool sock and go.

I don't have this exact shoe, but I have a NF shoe that has the same tread and was looking forward to using it in the snow - it's very grippy. My shoe (and this one looks similar) feels very light though, almost like a slipper and doesn't seem like it would be that warm. That's what socks are for though, right?

Of casual shoes that look descent and would be good in the snow I think this would be a great choice! You also might check out the line of El Naturalista which BC.com carries. I just got a pair and they're crazy comfortable and seem to be descent in the foul weather.Hope that helps.
