The kelty noah tarp doesn't come with pole or stakes. what do you suggest I purchase for poles and stakes?

I use trekking poles, when I decided to start packing a tarp I wanted to go light as possible, so instead of packing lightweight 'tent' poles I decided to give trekking poles a try (so the weight was used for more than just one use) and found that they are really handy and do help. If you won't be using this as a shelter and need it higher for standing under, not sure.maybe someone else has a good idea, I'd like to hear.
