A Question about Adventure Medical Natrapel Deet Free Insect Repellent Wipes

I have been going to Africa for the last 3 years and plan on going again this summer. I have been taken deet wipes but would like to saty away from the chemicals. How sure are you of this product, and what guarantee that it would keep off Mosquitos. I sure would hate to come back to the States with Malaria
