um many if its just filled with boots but you could fit two w/one pair of skis mayb one w/two pairs

It is a 1 pair bag. The bag is designed for the outdoor enthusiast with multiple "rides", not for the person who wants to have a "family bag".You might be able to put another pair of boots where the skis go if you get creative, but it would be tight.
