I am looking for a skate ski for a intermediate skier. i am 118 lbs and 5'1" . I am willing to pay for a good ski as it will likely be the one I use for many years. I live in the Pacific Northwest. Any suggestions. I am female.

Fischer RCRs are great skis. Should run about 225. They have the same sidecut and base as the RCS skis (550$). Not quite as light - but you'll never notice, I swear. Another great option is the Atomic Race Skate - same price range.
