I'm searching for a women's ski boot size 27.5 which is 11 USA women shoe size - all the listed ones appear to not be that size?

You really should get your foot sized at a boot shop and try a few sizes on. I wear a size 8 1/2 shoe, but my ski boots are 24s (the equivalent of a 7). My guess is that you'll actually be closer to a 26.5.
