What zip in shell will fit with the Alliance womens hooded Jacket

I have the Denali fleece and it zips in perfectly. It also has snaps on the wrists that hook into the shell. The only thing that doesn't seem compatible is the Alliance shell has a snap along the collar, and there's no loop on the fleece to hook it in.
