I'm sending a lazy boy to Cameroon & am looking for a reasonably easy water purifying system. He will be in cities primarily. Is this something that would work & that he would use?Aunt Barbara

This is a replacement filter for the Katadyn Exstream Purifier Bottles, and yes they are very effective purifiers. He can put water and ice from any source he can find into the water bottle, and it will keep him from getting sick. As far as him using it I can' say, but it doesn't get much easier. Just fill the bottle, which looks like any other sports water bottle, and drink away.
