Yes, in fact to zip together two sleeping bags, they need to be opposite side zippers (LH/RH). Also if the two bags aren't the exact same one, or the male and female of the same one, then make sure they are the same zipper type.Checked their site "Two-Way Zipper Sliders For Venting and Mating of Bags.
