I'm trying to adjust my Aero Foot Pack 361X for my ski racks....

I'm trying to adjust my Aero Foot Pack 361X for my ski racks. They fit my 01 Chev Malibu. Now I need to use them on my 08 Chev Malibu. Will they work? I want to make sure the racks will stay secure on my car.
