Insulation when wet is not one of the features of this particular sock. If you're looking for this especially, you may want to try a Merino sock - like the Lorpen Merino Light Hiker Shorty Sock or the Fox River Wick Dry Off Road Light Weight 1/4 Sock. (Wow, how's that for a name?)
