I'm interested in the 190cm version of this ski. I currently ride 179 PE's and would be getting these skis as a quiver ski rather than as a replacement. I understand that this is a totally different realm of ski but was wondering if I could expect to be able to handle it. I'm 6'3" 170 lbs, and ski fairly aggressively. I live in the Midwest but make a few trip out west a year

Obviously not a great ski for the Midwest ice. They are a very awesome ski on pow however. At your height/weight/skill level the 190 should work great for you, just expect much performance on groomers.
