I'm moving to Utah to ride/work at snowbird. I'm looking at the Titan and the Sidewinder by Arcteryx for a new riding jacket. What I am worried about is the Titan being too warm. Any riders out there experimented with this jacket?

I was at Snowbird today, and the Titan would be too warm for an everyday jacket, but they sure are sweet when it's super cold. I'd do a Sidewinder (or Stinger, which I prefer) and get the Tau pullover for underneath, that will cover you for most of the days at the Bird.
