Im looking for a jacket that I can wear from class to class in winter. When walking around campus with the wind blowing between the buildings it can get pretty cold. I need something that will keep me warm and dry in the snow, rain, sleet and any other winter condition that comes this time of year. Will this jacket work?

Certainly will. It's a little light, so if it gets really cold you might need to layer something under it.
