Although most La Sportivas are narrow, these boots run a bit wide in the fore-foot. They accomodate my wide toe-box like few other boots. They're a medium in the mid-foot and heel, which is probably what you need.

no this company tends to be pretty narrow and I have these boots (men's version) and they are very narrow
