Found the temp answer myself on the LaFuma France site. 30*F (-1*C) is the EN13537 comfort rating # Comfort - the temperature at which a standard woman can expect to sleep comfortably in a relaxed position.I guess that the 15*F (-9*C) rating is the Extreme rating More on ratings here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EN_13537
