Big Agnes has washing instructions on their website. Pay close attention, because you can tear the baffles and then all the down moves to one end of the bag if you do it wrong.I have my down bags professionally cleaned. More costly but well worth it. If you must wash your bag at home, use ONLY a front loading washer, on the gentlest setting, using special down soap. Tumble AIR dry, periodically breaking up the wet clumps of down that will develop. Finish by line drying, preferably outdoors. MAKE SURE NOT TO CARRY YOUR BAG WHEN IT'S WET UNLESS TOTALLY SUPPORTED OR YOU COULD TEAR OUT THE INTERNAL BAFFLES! Wet down is heavy.
