They are smaller than La Sportiva. I use La Sportiva's Nago size 38.5 and ordered the Rockette's in size 38.5 (I wear a 8.5/9 in street shoes). And I literally lose circulation to my feet while wearing the Scarpas. They're a great shoe, but I can't stay in them for over 5 minutes (maybe even less) without losing feeling in my entire foot. I remember reading a review before I bought them that said it's a V0 just trying to get into the shoe. I hoped that wasn't going to be true. It is. These shoes are killer, but maybe too killer for my feet.
