You certainly could, but the boot doesn't have a walk function so it wouldn't be very flexible. Its also heavy, and really meant to be used for in bounds riding. Compared to other alpine boots it is pretty light...compared to touring boots it is heavy. If you just didn't buckle up the top buckle it might be soft enough to tour in.
