But many watches say that they are water proof up to say; 165 feet but when you dive to about 20 feet they mess up. Does this watch have an issue with that?Thanks! If I get this, I'll take it on my next dive! :-)

Nope, it looks old school on purpose. Modern technology works, at least in this case.
