Im interested in purchasing something like this but I need something $100 or less. Something that I won't feel the wind through. Also, something to withstand anywhere from 5-35 degrees...I live in St.Louis you never know here. HELP!!!!

The Marmot Cauldron satisfies the cold & wind requirements but is a bit more than your budget amount. BTW, bc.com has free shipping on this item which is some consolation. It's definitely worth the few extra beans. The Mountain Hardwear Epic is a good choice too. It's a good price, water- and windproof, and light. The only issue might be the temperature (5 is cold) but if you're moving around, it should do great.The TNF Apex Bionic would be a great choice in this case. It has a DWR finish and sheds most rain/snow very well. It blocks a lot more wind that a standard fleece jacket as well, but still regulates temprature. If you catch a clearance color you can come close to meeting your $100 budget as well.
