What's the comfortable temperature range for running in these tights? I wonder if the insulated version would be too warm.

I have the non-pro version of these, and if anything, they cool you off due to wicking. I would be willing to run colder in bare skin than with these on, so don't count them as a layer of insulation. If you are looking to go colder, definitely go with the insulators.
