How warm is this jacket when compared to down-insulated parkas like the Canada Goose Chilliwack? Is it lined with real fur? As asked bu msw..., are the arms insulated as well? I'm up in Montreal, pretty cold up here...

It is very warm. Not lined with fur. Not as warm as down-insulated parkas. Wind resistant and waterproof. Not very thick.
