So where does this thing go? I have the camelbak http://www.backcountry.com/store/CAM0158/CamelBak-Omega-HydroTanium-Hydration-Reservoir.html do you put it where the bite mouth piece is and then attach the bite piece on the end of this? Thanks!

You nailed it. Pop the bite piece off, put this on, then cram the bite piece back on there. I use this all the time, love it.
