So I just recieved the new size in the mail and have been wearing it a while. Honestly I am cold as hell with it on. I took off a long sleeve cotton shirt and it was warmer? Its like this thing has air conditioning built in. Really, its so funny and strange I am almost laughing as I type this. My question is, is this like Mysterioso in that in insulates better when wet?
Dave thanks for the info. I never thought about it that way. Honestly I have not put this to the test yet, (heavy movement) but I have to say its pretty amazing from just sitting around in it.

It's designed to wick perspiration off the skin. When moisture evaporates, it cools. So, yes, in a sense it does have A/C built in. But, it's also designed to be worn as a base layer under an insulating layer and a shell. On its own, it's not supposed to keep you warm.
