Should I go with the 180s or 190s in this ski? I am 6'-2" and 175lbs and an agressive AT skier. Plan to use this ski as ~60% resort/sidecountry and 40% day touring ski. I am currently skiing on a 185 Atomic Snoop Daddy traditional ski (no camber) and in the backcountry I sometimes feel I could benefit from a slight shorter ski for negotiating trees and tight spots.

I'm 6'3" 185 and demo'd the 190 this year and would say it depends on how strong a skier you are or if you plan on doing a lot of touring. More powder the 190, more resort or maneuverability, the 180. If there is a question - I'd go with the 180. Great all-around ski regardless.

At 6'1" 180, I have been sizing down in the last couple years for exactly the reasons you identify, maneuverability and ease of use. Given this skis stability, I don't think you lose anything, and you have a little less weight for your touring days. 180.
