Would this ski be appropriate for 3-6" of new snow, or would most of you reserve the Bent for deeper days? Does a narrower ski, like the JJ, have any advantage over this, other than firm snow?

way better than JJ's, and yes they will be amazing 3-6 inches. they rock in anything but ice. I take them out on days when it hasn't snowed recently and they are super fun.

The Bents are great for firm, groomer, crud, and all the powder. I've had fantastic days with just a couple of inches of pow. They rock, so much fun. Nice and stiff for all the other conditions as well. It's not just a Powder ski.
