I had to go down quite a few sizes for the solutions. I wear a 40.5 in the solutions which is about an 8 US but I fit into a 10 for the shamans. I would recommend going down about a size and a half or even 2 from the shamans.

From what I've heard, you should probably go down a whole size from the Shaman. I haven't tried them personally though, just what I've read from a few other people. You can always return them if they don't fit right.
