Sure, my wife owns a men's sleeping bag. The men's version is usually a little bit longer and sometimes wider in the shoulder area depending on the brand. The only time it could be an issue is if the woman is really short because this is a 6 foot bag and that means extra room in the foot area and that can cause cold spots.
