Hey Backountry AT Gearheads! What's the best size BD Ascension Nylon STS skin to match my 181 cm K2 Coomba (135/102/121)? I'm 6'2" and 205 # and love to climb, so I need max traction. Thanks!

For maximum traction I would get a skin that is greater than 135mm wide and then trim to the Tip, waist, and tail. I would actually go with http://www.backcountry.com/black-diamond-ascension-nylon-sts-skins in the 140mm and trim em' down. That is your best bet.
