1. What liner is included? 3 or 5 finger liner. NOTE: The Hestra website does sell a 3 finger replacement liner for this glove.
2. What color is the leather on the grey glove? white or off white?

5 finger liner, and the leather is white on the grey glove. Use the grease on the leather often and it won't get soaked. Even when the leather gets wet, your hand stays dry inside. When the leather gets wet it is annoying, though.
