Hi. I got a pair of Sorel Joan of Arc Boots in size 8 and they were big on me. Would an 8 in these boots fit better, or should I go with a 7?

These fit pretty true to size for me. Depending on the brand, I wear a 6.5 or a 7. North Face I'm a 6.5 and these I am a 7, with room for a thicker sock. So if you are like me with a foot on the verge of sizes than I'd go with the bigger of the two sizes you might normally wear.
