Does anyone know how compatible this jacket is with a helmet...

Does anyone know how compatible this jacket is with a helmet and a harness? Also I was wondering the ability of puling up the sleeves and if the hand/thumb warmer get in the way of this.

The hood will fit under a helmet, but not over. Pockets are placed to be out of the way of a harness. You can pull up the sleeves...just take your thumbs out of the holes.
