I just got this, but it does not have a powder skirt at advertised....

I just got this, but it does not have a powder skirt at advertised. Am I missing something? It says the powder skirt is stowable, so is mine just missing?

I think that is a misprint in the product description. I read a review on last years model that said there was not a powder skirt. Try the link to the HH site, there is no mention of the PS. http://shop.hellyhansen.com/US/item/61994/?partner=6005&t_type=src&t_type=cat
