I bought a triple C coat but it does not have the soft neck cuff - has anyone else found this to be the case? Mine is just all same material.

I bought my Triple C last year in graphite, and it DOES have the brushed fleece lining inside the collar...which i love! Makes it super cozy when zipped up all the way, even without a scarf/turtleneck. I don't think I would like the feeling of plain nylon against my neck and chin very much.

Yes, the entire shell of the coat is nylon. The only soft areas are the inside of the pockets. I've had mine since 2009 and do not find any problem with the nylon shell design. Rather, I think the copy-writer got it a little wrong. Heck with the words, its a great coat.
