Is it washable in the washing machine without losing the original design quality - water repel, wind proof, etc.? or does it need dry clean?

This Jacket is highly water resistant and like most jackets with a DWR finish after washing it repeatedly it loses some of it beading properties. The Bionic has a very tight weave so it won't leak through all that easy but if you want that rain-x look to it then reapply DWR finish after a year or so.
